Florence Allouche Aknin took the TEDx Ecole Polytechnique stage for a talk titled "Keeping The Human in Life".

The talk explored how medicine, powered by AI, gene therapy, and cell therapy, can move from managing disease to giving people back a full life. It also framed the infrastructure challenge behind that shift: AI can accelerate drug discovery only if the right scientific tools and sovereign capabilities are built.

The evening brought together speakers on ethics, knowledge transmission, and decision-making at a time when new tools can either strengthen or weaken human autonomy and critical thinking.
